Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements at all times

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of New Mexico
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required at all times while on site
• Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract assignment with a 35-hour weekly guarantee

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Experience working in a registry or contract staffing capacity
