Occupational Therapist

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday – Friday | Variable daily start and end times; 36–40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services across pediatric, adult, and acute care inpatient populations
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to support functional recovery and independence
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with facility protocols and professional standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient treatment and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain
- Experience working with pediatric patients
- Experience working with adult patients
- Experience in acute care inpatient settings
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience managing a diverse caseload across multiple patient populations simultaneously
- Familiarity with variable scheduling across a standard Monday–Friday workweek
