Ready to make a real impact on students' lives. A school in Antlers, OK seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role serving Antlers, Atoka, and Hugo school districts. You will help students build the skills they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond. This role is primarily on-site, with limited telehealth flexibility as needed. Schedule is flexible during the school year.

What You'll Need

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Current Oklahoma occupational therapy license in good standing.
• NBCOT Certification.
• Educator's License.
• Experience providing OT services in school settings preferred. New graduates are welcome.
• Willingness and ability to travel between Antlers, Atoka, and Hugo schools during the school year.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

What You'll Do:

• Provide occupational therapy services in a school-based setting to support student access to education.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver goal-aligned therapy.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, school teams, and related service providers.
• Maintain compliant documentation according to district, state, and federal guidelines.
• Offer limited telehealth services as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Oklahoma occupational therapy license in good standing.
• NBCOT Certification.
• Educator's License.
• Ability to travel and provide coverage for Antlers, Atoka, and Hugo school districts during the school year.
• New graduates are welcome. Experience in hospital, SNF, or home health is noted as prior background but is not required for school placement.
