Key Responsibilities

• Perform objective occupational therapy assessments for patients of all ages under the general supervision of the Manager of Physical Medicine
• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment programs in accordance with departmental policies and procedures regarding referral
• Provide inpatient rehabilitation services within a full-service hospital setting
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient records
• Adhere to call requirements and float requirements as directed by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma OTR or LOTR licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Ability to work a Day shift schedule (5x8)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience providing care for patients across all age groups
• Familiarity with inpatient rehabilitation settings and standards of treatment
