Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of New Jersey or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- NBCOT certification required or eligible
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
- Availability to work a guaranteed 36 hours per week on a day shift schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and care teams
