Occupational Therapist (OT) – Travel Contract

Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional independence
- Document patient progress and clinical notes using facility EMR system (ProTouch)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Float to sister LTAC facility as needed to support staffing requirements
Required Qualifications- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of Colorado
- Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
- Ability to work in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) environment
- Proficiency or ability to learn facility EMR systems
- Compliance with facility dress code requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in an acute hospital setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with ProTouch EMR system
- Experience working in LTACH or similar complex care environments
