Occupational Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation

Baltimore, MD

Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (5x8 Hours, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) | Every Third Saturday Required | Holidays Required as Scheduled

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to inpatient rehabilitation patients across multiple diagnoses
• Deliver specialized care with a focus on spine, neurological, and comprehensive memory care populations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
• Document patient progress, goals, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Float within the specialty area as operationally required
• Participate in scheduled weekend and holiday coverage as assigned

• Active state Occupational Therapist license (must be valid for practice in Maryland)
• Current NBCOT certification
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• Minimum 2 years of occupational therapy experience
• Strong clinical background in spine, neurology, memory care, and multiple-diagnosis patient populations

• Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Comfort with floating within specialty scope as needed
