Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs
Required Qualifications- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Maryland
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current NBCOT certification
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in a clinical or facility-based occupational therapy setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
