Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8 Hours (8:00–16:30) | Every Third Weekend Required | Holidays as Scheduled

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to patients with traumatic brain injuries and CVA diagnoses
• Deliver patient care within a rehabilitation unit maintaining an average daily census of approximately 44 patients
• Participate in weekend rotation on an every-third-weekend schedule and work holidays as they fall per scheduling
• Float to like units as needed within scope of practice
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of occupational therapy experience required
• CVA (cerebrovascular accident) experience required
• Active Maryland state Occupational Therapist license required at time of submission
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association only) required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility address (local candidates under 50 miles are not accepted unless otherwise specified)

• Experience working with traumatic brain injury patient populations
