Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts (2 weekday shifts and 2 weekend shifts per week; flexible scheduling available)
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to patients across assigned clinical settings
- Evaluate patient functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living and functional skills
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and progress
- Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications- Active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Illinois
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Experience in an acute care, rehabilitation, or related clinical setting
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in acute rehabilitation or progressive care environments
- Familiarity with documentation and workflows in a hospital-based therapy setting
