Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Montana
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current NBCOT certification
- Experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or post-acute care environment
- Familiarity with PACS or similar electronic documentation systems
