Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a post-acute care setting
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to support functional recovery and independence
• Implement and progress therapeutic interventions in alignment with patient goals and care team recommendations
• Document patient progress, treatment notes, and discharge planning in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Montana or eligibility for licensure
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Experience working in a post-acute or skilled nursing care environment
• Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with veteran populations
• Familiarity with PACS (post-acute care setting) workflows and documentation requirements
• Experience with geriatric or long-term care patient populations
