Occupational Therapist (OT) – Travel / Contract

Schedule / Job TypeContract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 40 Guaranteed Hours Per Week
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services within an inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Treat adult and geriatric patients presenting with diagnoses including CVA, TBI, fractures, and cardiac conditions
- Document patient progress and clinical notes using EPIC electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Work within a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit serving adult and geriatric populations
Required Qualifications- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of California
- Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
- Proficiency or ability to work with EPIC electronic health record system
- Ability to work a day shift schedule with no call or weekend requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute rehabilitation settings
- Familiarity with geriatric and adult patient populations
- Friendly, flexible, and team-oriented personality well-suited to a collaborative rehab environment
