Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services within an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Deliver patient-centered care to geriatric and adult populations with diagnoses including CVA, TBI, fractures, and cardiac conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
• Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately using EPIC electronic health records
• Work within a 40-bed rehabilitation unit, maintaining professional and adaptable practice in a dynamic environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of California
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Proficiency or ability to work with EPIC electronic health records system
• Ability to work day shift hours in a full-time, 40-hour per week capacity

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with treatment of CVA, TBI, fractures, and cardiac-related diagnoses in geriatric and adult populations
• Friendly, flexible demeanor with strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
