Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Iowa OT license is required to start the position or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in home health preferred. Experience in hospital or skilled nursing facility settings is a plus.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule and travel within the Creston and Winterset service areas.
