Occupational Therapist (OT) – Travel Contract

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | Days | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (standard hours)
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to patients within a freestanding inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) specializing in stroke and rehabilitation care
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional recovery and independence
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions aligned with each patient's rehabilitation goals
- Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately using the facility's EMR system (EPIC)
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of Indiana
- Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
- Proficiency or ability to work within EPIC EMR
- Ability to work within an inpatient rehabilitation facility setting
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation settings strongly preferred
- Experience working with stroke and neurological rehabilitation patient populations
- Flexibility to provide occasional Saturday coverage if renewing contract
