Schedule / Job TypeContract; Full-Time; Onsite; Days — 5x8s, 40 hours per week; Clinic hours Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM; Shift options: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 10:30 AM–7:00 PM on alternating days; Temp-to-hire potential
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat adult and pediatric patients presenting with post-operative, work comp, and general orthopedic hand and wrist conditions
- Conduct one-hour initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits, managing approximately 50–55 patients per week
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a wide range of orthopedic diagnoses
- Utilize AI-assisted documentation software to generate compliant clinical notes in real time
- Collaborate with on-site support staff including aides and front desk personnel to ensure efficient clinic operations
Required Qualifications- Active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Indiana
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience treating orthopedic, post-operative, and/or work comp patient populations
- New graduates will not be considered
Preferred Experience / Skills- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential strongly preferred
- Experience with hand and wrist rehabilitation across adult and pediatric populations
- Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic documentation systems
