Small, private practice in Houston seeks a pediatric Occupational Therapist to join their team. Offering a high standard of care and customer service, our client is seeking a pediatric dedicated to their practice and the patients they serve. Training and mentorship is available; owner is an OT. If corporate home health is not your thing, then this boutique provider is the one you want. Key Details: *Service areas include NW Houston and down to Sugarland essentially, with other areas open as needed *Your service area will be based on where you live as much as possible *Full time is considered 25 visits per week, 30 are usually scheduled *Pay per visit rate is $65, most visits are 45 minutes *You'll be issued an iPad for your notes and planning *Also accepting candidates for part time Qualifications: *Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy *Texas license or eligible *Previous experience in pediatrics a plus *Reliable transportation Benefits: *W-2 position *Medical is an HMO with Blue Cross Blue Shield *Paid PTO and accumulates throughout the year *$200 paid on health premium *Paid holidays A.S.K. Travel Farther Together Referral Program: Payout is tiered. The $1,200 per clinician reward applies only after you’ve referred 10 or more clinicians who successfully contract with Ardor. Payouts are split: 50% when the referred clinician starts, and 50% when they reach the midpoint of their assignment.
License, Certification & CE Assistance: Reimbursements and assistance are offered on a case-by-case basis. Approval must be documented by your recruiting team and is not guaranteed for every clinician or assignment.
