Schedule / Job TypeContract (14 Weeks) | Days | 35 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Monitor and document patient progress toward established treatment goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Michigan
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current NBCOT certification
- Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in a similar clinical setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
