Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services across assigned care settings, including float coverage between facilities
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to support functional recovery and independence
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate to the skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Ability to float between multiple care locations as assigned
• Minimum 30-hour weekly guarantee commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
• Familiarity with multi-site or float therapy assignments
• Strong documentation and time management skills
