Seven Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join a supportive rehab team in Elkhart, Indiana. Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed OT
  • Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor, document, and report patient progress
  • Educate and motivate patients and families on therapeutic techniques
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Requirements
  • Active Indiana COTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Prior rehab or clinical experience preferred
