Contract | Days | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | School-Based, Outpatient, and Inpatient Settings

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations, treatment, and reassessments for students in a school-based setting, addressing functional skills, fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and educational participation
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student and patient needs across school-based, outpatient, and/or inpatient settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and complete required documentation in accordance with school and organizational requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, school staff, and interdisciplinary team members including PT, SLP, nursing, physicians, and case management
• Provide outpatient OT for orthopedic, neurological, and other diagnoses as departmental needs allow
• Provide inpatient OT services including evaluation, treatment, ADL training, discharge planning, and functional mobility as applicable

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• Current NBCOT certification or eligibility
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with children and/or in a school-based setting
• Experience in outpatient and/or inpatient rehabilitation settings
• Comfort working across multiple practice settings with a flexible schedule
