Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients during day shift hours
• Document patient care and progress using Epic electronic health records
• Float within the contracted facility or to nearby affiliate facilities as needed
• Participate in required onboarding and annual compliance modules prior to and during assignment
• Adhere to facility policies, including holiday coverage requirements

• Valid California Occupational Therapist license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum occupational therapy clinical experience as required by facility standards
• Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's
• Willingness to float between the contracted facility and nearby sister facilities
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years

• Prior experience with Epic charting system
• Previous travel therapy or multi-site clinical experience
