Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients across clinic settings
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on rehabilitation services to optimize patient health and function
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care goals
• Serve patients across two clinic locations within the community

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Minnesota or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to fulfill a 13-week travel contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient clinic or community-based rehabilitation setting
• Experience working with diverse patient populations including pediatric and adult patients
