Occupational Therapist (OT)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Monday through Friday | 7.5 hours per day
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to assess functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to support patients in achieving daily living and functional goals
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies
Required Qualifications- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Washington
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- NBCOT certification
- Ability to work Monday through Friday day shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills- Local candidates strongly preferred
- Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
