Contract | Days | Monday through Friday | 7.5 hours per day

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to assess functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy interventions to support patients in achieving daily living and functional goals
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Washington
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• NBCOT certification
• Ability to work Monday through Friday day shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Local candidates strongly preferred
• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
