Occupational Therapist (OT)
LocationFederal Way, WA
Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Monday through Friday | 7.5 hours per day
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications- Current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Washington
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- NBCOT certification required
- Ability to work Monday through Friday day shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills- Local candidates strongly preferred
- Prior experience in a similar clinical setting
