Contract | Days | 13-Week Travel Assignment | 32 Hours Weekly Guaranteed | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services on a 12-bed acute rehabilitation unit
• Manage a caseload with a patient ratio of 5–6:1, primarily serving a geriatric population
• Utilize standard ARU equipment and document within a Meditech EHR system
• Address common ARU diagnoses and treatment patterns in alignment with unit protocols
• Participate in weekend coverage as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Tennessee OT licensure must be in hand prior to start — Tennessee reciprocal licensure for OTs can take significant time to process
• Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Ability to work day shift with weekend hours as needed
• Collaborative work style and ability to integrate into an existing therapy team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2+ years of occupational therapy experience
• Prior experience in an acute rehabilitation unit (ARU) setting
• Familiarity with geriatric patient populations and standard ARU treatment patterns
