Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday, Sunday–Thursday, or Tuesday–Saturday, approximately 8 hours per day; 36 guaranteed hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting as the primary work environment
Deliver home health occupational therapy services in the surrounding area on an as-needed basis, including occasional coverage at an alternate SNF or home health location
Utilize electronic documentation platforms for both home health and SNF settings to maintain accurate and timely patient records
Meet established productivity expectations for both the SNF and home health settings
Collaborate with and work under the supervision of an onsite licensed Occupational Therapist
Required Qualifications
Current and valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure or eligibility in the state of Nebraska
Ability to work across both skilled nursing facility and home health settings
Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn electronic medical record systems used in SNF and home health environments
Ability to meet productivity standards as defined for each care setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or home health setting
Familiarity with HCHB (home health) and Net Health (SNF) documentation software
