Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

• Current, valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of California
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current NBCOT certification
• Ability to fulfill a 20-week contract commitment with a 35-hour weekly guarantee

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-demand or fast-paced clinical setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
