Contract | Travel | Day Shift (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM) | Tuesday – Saturday | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized occupational therapy services to adult patients in an inpatient acute rehabilitation setting
• Treat patients recovering from neurological conditions, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, orthopedic injury, amputation, and cardiopulmonary conditions
• Utilize specialized rehabilitation equipment including upper extremity robotics, exoskeleton technology, and functional therapy tools
• Deliver therapy in individual, group, and concurrent treatment modes within a dedicated rehabilitation environment
• Document patient care and progress accurately using Cerner electronic health records
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to maximize patient health, function, and quality of life

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active and valid OT licensure or eligibility to practice in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1–2 years of occupational therapy experience
• Experience in acute care, subacute, skilled nursing facility (SNF), or inpatient rehabilitation settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a patient-first attitude

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with functional intervention approaches and group or concurrent therapy delivery models
• Familiarity with neuro, orthopedic, TBI, SCI, and cardiopulmonary patient populations
• Proficiency or prior experience with Cerner EHR
