Shift Length and Days: 8-5 Mon-Fri, can be flexible if needed
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client-specific goals, such as improving daily living skills, motor function, or workplace performance.
Provide therapeutic interventions using evidence-based techniques, adaptive equipment, and patient education.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure holistic care.
Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
Educate clients, families, and caregivers on strategies to support therapy goals and maintain safety.
Adhere to all Oregon state regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies governing occupational therapy practice.
Qualifications:
Occupational Therapists licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy in Oregon
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate with facility staff to promote highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial wellbeing.
