Position Description We are seeking a proactive Director of Occupational Therapy to lead our clinical team and ensure the highest standards of patient care. This role provides a strategic balance of leadership and direct clinical work, with a typical split of 80% patient evaluation and treatment and 20% administrative oversight and program development.
The Director is responsible for the clinical supervision of Occupational Therapy staff, including certified assistants (COTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians. You will lead the clinical education process, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain the department’s policy and procedure manuals to ensure excellence in scope of care and discharge planning
