Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting across a multi-county territory
- Travel throughout the assigned service area to conduct patient evaluations and treatments
- Meet a minimum productivity expectation of 30 points per week
- Complete all clinical documentation by 10:00 AM the following day
- Utilize the HCHB (Homecare Homebase) electronic medical records system for all documentation
Required Qualifications- Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Washington
- Minimum of one year of recent home health occupational therapy experience
- Proficiency with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR system
- Ability to travel across a large multi-county service area
Preferred Experience / Skills- Familiarity with home health documentation standards and compliance requirements
- Strong time management skills with the ability to independently manage a patient caseload across a broad geographic territory
