Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Adhere to all facility policies, including wearing a visible photo badge and presenting valid state or federal issued identification upon entry
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Maryland
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
