Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients in accordance with facility protocols and professional standards
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient functional goals
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain a guaranteed minimum of 35 hours per week of clinical service delivery
• Wear a facility-issued photo badge at all times while on-site

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Maryland
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility check-in
• Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
• Strong documentation and electronic health record skills
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary clinical team
