We are currently recruiting a Occupational Therapist (OT) | Outpatient for a rehabilitation center in Marshall, MI.
Job Description
Job Summary: Plans and administers medically prescribed occupational therapy treatment programs for patients to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of body part.
CANDIDATE WILL WORK 3 DAYS IN MARSHALL, MI AND TWO DAYS IN BATTLE CREEK, MI ( Battle Creek, MI). Facilities are 17 miles apart.
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD/DURING INTERVIEW WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Client will not consider candidates within 50 miles of either facility

Submission Requirements
1+ years OT Adult/Peds experience [REQUIRED]
TRAVELER MUST HAVE OUTPATIENT EXPERIENCE [REQUIRED]
Michigan OT License [REQUIRED]
Must have strong peds experience [REQUIRED]
Previous travel experience [PREFERRED]
Traveler must have a clean driving record and their own insurable vehicle for this need
Traveler's perm address must be included in profile
Any/All RTO must be included in
profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF
SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests
at/after time of offer/at interview. Please obtain this information
prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
