Key Responsibilities

• Perform ADL evaluations and provide occupational therapy treatments across adult and pediatric acute inpatient, ICU, and acute inpatient rehab settings
• Complete documentation justifying next level of care in a timely and thorough manner
• Manage an expected caseload of approximately 9 evaluations and 16 treatments per day
• Cover a range of specialty areas including trauma, neuro, ortho, general med/surg, oncology, stroke, and pediatric and adult inpatient rehab programs
• Collaborate with rehab aides, COTAs, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations in alignment with core staff scheduling

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist (OT) state license required prior to credentialing
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification required
• Strong ADL evaluation skills with experience in acute care or inpatient rehab environments
• Ability to work variable day shifts, including weekends and holidays on a rotating basis
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated flexibility and teamwork
• Must clock in and out at the facility; self-scheduling is not available for this role

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in Level 2 trauma centers, stroke specialty programs, or pediatric ICU settings
• Familiarity with same-day discharge joint programs and oncology patient populations
• Prior experience in both adult and pediatric acute inpatient rehab programs
