Contract | Full-Time | Day Shift | Onsite | Weekend and holiday rotation required

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform ADL evaluations and therapeutic treatments across adult and pediatric acute inpatient, ICU, and inpatient rehabilitation settings
  • Conduct approximately 9 evaluations and 16 treatments per day
  • Provide documentation justifying next level of care in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
  • Cover a broad range of service areas including trauma, neuro, ortho, general med/surg, oncology, stroke specialty, and pediatric and adult rehab programs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including rehab aides and COTAs
  • Adhere to facility scheduling requirements including weekend and holiday rotations with core staff
Required Qualifications
  • Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist state license (must be obtained prior to credentialing deadline)
  • Experience in acute inpatient and/or ICU settings with adult and pediatric populations
  • Proficiency in ADL evaluation and clinical documentation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to cover multiple service areas as needed
  • Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation, stroke specialty programs, or Level 2 trauma center environments
  • Familiarity with same-day discharge joint programs and oncology patient populations
  • Prior experience working alongside COTAs and rehab aides in a high-volume setting
