Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting department objectives. Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.

Day Shift, M-F, 8 hr shifts, Home Health Experience is preferable but not required., mileage is in addition to brEducation and Work degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD): Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2007; or foreign equivalent.Licenses/ Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredValid Driver's License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age or older: Required
