Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 8-Hour Days (Variable Start Times, Typically 7:00 AM–5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a hospital inpatient and skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients presenting with orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility diagnoses
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore or improve patients' functional independence
• Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately and in a timely manner using electronic health record systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as assigned; call-back pay applies with a minimum 2-hour call-back guarantee

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin State Occupational Therapist (OT) License
• Current BLS certification through AHA or ARC
• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapist program
• Experience working with adult and geriatric populations across a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility diagnoses
• Strong work ethic with the ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic clinical environment
• Professional interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system highly preferred
• Prior experience in inpatient hospital or SNF settings
