Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services to a pediatric population, treating approximately 8–9 patients per day in one-hour session blocks
• Work with patients presenting with diagnoses including Autism, Developmental Delays, Cerebral Palsy, Sensory Processing Disorders, ADHD, Anxiety, Emotional Regulation Issues, Coordination Disorders, and Rare Genetic Syndromes
• Document patient care and treatment progress using Epic EMR
• Collaborate within a structured scheduling environment managed by centralized scheduling and front desk staff
• Work under the supervision of an on-site OT Manager/Supervisor and alongside Rehab Aides

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Pediatric therapy experience in an outpatient setting
• Proficiency or ability to learn Epic EMR documentation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorders, or other pediatric developmental conditions
• Familiarity with Epic EMR in a therapy or pediatric setting
• Ability to adapt to a centralized scheduling model and high-volume patient caseload
