Contract | Days | Monday – Friday with rotating weekends every 4 weeks and holiday rotation; start times may vary
Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services in an inpatient acute care setting
Follow all department guidelines and protocols throughout the assignment
Participate in rotating weekend coverage approximately every 4 weeks
Participate in holiday rotation as scheduled by the department
Maintain active Arizona OT license with no disciplinary actions or hits on record
Required Qualifications
Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions on record
Minimum of 24 months of OT experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
Active BLS certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
All life support certifications must be issued by AHA, ARC, or ASHI
Valid driver's license required to verify residency
Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel therapy experience highly preferred
Experience in a Level I Trauma Center setting
Familiarity with large, high-volume acute care hospital environments
