Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday – Friday with rotating weekends every 4 weeks and holiday rotation; start times may vary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services in an inpatient acute care setting
• Follow all department guidelines and protocols throughout the assignment
• Participate in rotating weekend coverage approximately every 4 weeks
• Participate in holiday rotation as scheduled by the department
• Maintain active Arizona OT license with no disciplinary actions or hits on record

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions on record
• Minimum of 24 months of OT experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)
• All life support certifications must be issued by AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Valid driver's license required to verify residency
• Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience highly preferred
• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center setting
• Familiarity with large, high-volume acute care hospital environments
