Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Must carry and present valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival and wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Rhode Island
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to fulfill a 19-week contract commitment with a 35-hour weekly guarantee

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working within a multidisciplinary team
