Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients in accordance with facility protocols and state regulations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' functional goals
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Must carry and present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
Valid Washington State license as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Current relevant certifications and credentials in good standing
Ability to work any day of the week, Sunday through Saturday
Preferred Experience / Skills
Previous contract or registry staffing experience
Ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments and patient populations
