Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time (35-Hour Weekly Guarantee)
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting to restore or maintain functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies to support recovery
Required Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of North Carolina
- NBCOT certification (or eligibility)
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a SNF or long-term care environment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
