Occupational Therapist (OT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation (Travel)

Contract | Travel | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 32 Hours Weekly Guaranteed | Typically Monday–Friday with 1–2 weekend shifts per month | 12-Week Assignment | Start Time: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to adult and geriatric patients in a 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation setting
• Deliver individualized, intensive rehabilitation for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
• Maintain a patient caseload at a 6:1 patient-to-therapist ratio
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement customized treatment plans throughout each patient's recovery journey
• Document patient progress and treatment interventions accurately and in a timely manner

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) state license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Must be available for 1–2 weekend shifts per month

• Prior inpatient rehabilitation or acute hospital experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with common diagnoses including stroke, neurological conditions, cardiac conditions, debility, and orthopedic injuries
• Flexible and dependable work style suited to a fast-paced rehabilitation environment

• Immediate start available with a 12-week travel contract at a state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation facility focused on maximizing patient health, function, and quality of life
• No call requirements and no float requirements, allowing you to focus entirely on delivering high-quality patient care
