Your Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
  • Implement therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills and independence
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure quality care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and safety techniques

Requirements:
  • Active Virginia Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Excellent communication, evaluation, and treatment planning skills
  • Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred
