Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in a skilled nursing setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient functional independence
• Document patient progress, goals, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain valid state licensure and comply with all facility credentialing requirements, including wearing a photo badge at all times

Required Qualifications

• Valid California Occupational Therapist license
• State or federal issued photo identification required for facility check-in
• Ability to fulfill a 17-week contract commitment
• Minimum 35-hour weekly guarantee availability

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Familiarity with Medicare documentation and compliance requirements
