Contract | Full-Time | Days | 8-Hour Shifts | 5 Days per Week | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with individualized care plans and therapy goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Float between assigned worksites as operationally needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active California Occupational Therapist license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Ability to work 8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week
- Willingness to float to additional worksites as required
- Must meet standard credentialing requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Casamba documentation software strongly preferred
- Familiarity with SNF workflows and interdisciplinary team environments
