Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Document patient progress, treatment goals, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications- Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Illinois
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- NBCOT certification required
- Ability to fulfill a 35-hour weekly guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a similar clinical setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
